Presentation and application and of stem cells

Generality of Stem cells

Stem cells are a class of pluripotent cells with self-renewing. Under certain conditions, it can differentiate into multiple functional cells. Embryonic stem cells and adult stem cells are classified according to the developmental stage in which stem cells are located. Stem cells are a potential function that regenerates various tissues and organs and the human body. The medical community calls them "universal cells."

Stem Cells (SC) is a primitive cell with self-replication and multi-directional differentiation potential in human body. Under certain conditions, it can induce differentiation into more than 220 functional cells of human body, such as nerve cells, liver cells and cardiomyocytes. The origin cell of the body is the original cell that forms various tissues and organs in the human body. Stem cells are found in early embryos, placenta and its appendages, bone marrow, peripheral blood, and adult tissues. According to the developmental potential of stem cells, they are divided into three categories: Totipotent StemCell (TSC), Pluripotent StemCell, and Unipotent StemCell. Embryonic stem cells (Embryonic StemCell, ESC) and adult stem cells (Somatic StemCell) are classified according to the developmental stage in which stem cells are located.

Classification of Stem cells

Stem cells are classified according to their differentiation potential: totipotential stem cell, multipotential stem cells and unipotent stem cell.

Totipotential stem cell: It has the differentiation potential to form intact individuals, such as embryonic stem cells (ES cells).

Multipotential stem cells: It has the potential to differentiate into a variety of cellular tissues, such as hematopoietic stem cells and nerve cells.

Unipotent stem cells: It can only differentiate into one or two closely related cell types. For example, stem cells of the epithelial basal layer, myoblasts in the muscle.

Why are stem cells called "universal cells"?

Stem cells are a kind of pluripotent cells with self-replication ability. Under certain conditions, they can differentiate into multiple functional cells.

According to the developmental stage in which stem cells are located, they are divided into embryonic stem cells and adult stem cells (somatic stem cells). Stem cells are an under-differentiated, immature cell that has the potential to regenerate various tissues and organs and the human body. The medical community is called "universal cells."

Source of stem cells

Stem cells are rich in sources, stem cells from embryos are collectively referred to as embryonic stem cells, and stem cells from adults (including newborns) are collectively referred to as adult stem cells. Bone marrow, peripheral blood, umbilical cord, cord blood, and fat are common sources of stem cells, all of which belong to adult stem cells.

Application of Stem cell

Cells are the smallest unit of life. The production and development of human beings is the process of self-replication and differentiation of stem cells.

Stem cells are the origin cells of the body, and are seed cells that form various tissues and organs of the human body. The aging and lesions of the body are caused by the decrease in the number and quality of stem cells. Therefore, stem cell therapy has been widely used in clinical practice, and it is the most basic raw material and means for treating various intractable diseases in the 21st century. At present, stem cells are widely used in cosmetic fields such as facial rejuvenation, facial micro-shaping, autoimmune cell health management, pediatric cerebral palsy, neurotherapy and other diseases, organ transplantation, and bioremediation.

Firstly, recreating the vitality of the skin, restoring the face to youth, healthy skin is smooth and elastic, and the metabolism is strong.

Stem cells are the fundamental cells for rejuvenating and restoring beautiful face. They have remarkable beauty and skin care effects: they can smooth and loosen the skin, restore skin elasticity and reduce skin wrinkles and pigmentation. The cosmetic effect obtained by stem cell anti-aging health care is not only the effect of rebuilding the skin and hair, but also the external manifestation of the multi-organ, multi-system re-engineering and overall functional improvement.

Secondly, comprehensive improvement of metabolic function, metabolism is the material basis of human life activities.

Stem cell anti-aging health care can improve the body's metabolism of various lipoproteins, can effectively reduce the total cholesterol, triglyceride and low lipoprotein concentration in the blood, has the effect of reducing blood fat, lowering blood sugar and losing weight, for cardiovascular disease, The prevention of obesity and diabetes is of great value.

Thirdly, improvement of memory and improve brain aging.

Stem cells can differentiate into new nerve cells, providing new cells to the brain, which can effectively improve brain aging. After anti-aging of stem cells, the memory and intelligence of patients with Alzheimer's disease are significantly improved and restored. The effect is long-lasting and stable.

    Fourthly, improvement of immune function.

Immunization is a key factor in the body's resistance to disease, especially the removal of pathogenic microorganisms (bacteria, germs, parasites, etc.) that enter the body and the monitoring and killing of tumor cells. Therefore, the immune system is the body's defense force, and the immune cells are the combatants in this defense force. In the elderly, due to the reduction of immune cells, the activity of immune cells is reduced, and the disease resistance is reduced, so that tumors and other diseases are prone to occur. Immune function decline is one of the important signs of aging, and stem cell transplantation can effectively improve human immune function. Therefore, stem cell transplantation is one of the most effective implementations to maintain human health and aging.
