Dendritic cell(DC)

Dendritic cells (DCs) play an important role in antigen presentation, the most important aspect of the immune response. They are currently recognized as the most powerful antigen-presenting cells (APCs) in vivo. It can activate resting T cells, is mainly involved in cellular immunity and T cell dependent humoral immune responses, and plays a key role in anti-tumor immune responses.

Natural killer lymphocyte(NK)

Natural killer (NK) cells are the third type of innate immune cells independent of T and B immune cells. In humans, the main role of NK cells is antiviral and clearance of tumor cells, and is also involved in the immune regulation process. NK cells can kill target cells through ADCC, perforin-granzyme pathway and Fas/FasL pathway.

Cytokine-induced killer cells(CIK)

Cytokininduced killer cells (CIK cells) have attracted attention due to their high proliferation multiplicity in vitro, wide anti-tumor spectrum, strong tumoricidal activity, and minimal side effects.

CIK is a group of heterogeneous cells with CD3+CD56+ cells as the main effector cells obtained by culturing mononuclear cells under the action of CD3 monoclonal antibody and various cytokines.

Anti-tumor activity, but also NK cells (natural killer cells) non-MHC (major histocompatibility antigen)-restricted tumor-killing ability.
